Merchant of Record & Authorised Reseller
All sales of Rattanote products are concluded between you and Dodo Payments, Inc. ("Dodo Payments"), our Merchant of Record and authorised non-exclusive reseller of our products worldwide. Dodo Payments handles payment processing, invoicing, currency conversion, fraud screening, applicable tax collection (including Goods and Services Tax under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and the OIDAR rules where applicable), refunds, and chargebacks. The financial leg of every transaction is between you and Dodo Payments; Rattanote supplies the underlying digital content. Dodo Payments' own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply to that transaction in addition to these Terms.
