Payment & Billing Queries
All payments on Rattanote are processed by Dodo Payments, Inc., our Merchant of Record. Invoices, GST receipts, tax queries, and refunds are handled by Dodo Payments on our behalf. For any billing-related issue, please write to us at contact@solvaaa.com and we'll coordinate with Dodo Payments to get it sorted for you.
Refund Requests
To request a refund, go to My Account > Order History, select the order, and click "Request Refund." Alternatively, email us at contact@solvaaa.com with your name, material name, purchase date, and reason. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
