- Content is delivered daily each morning on a scheduled basis. Delivery times may vary depending on system conditions, and individual user scheduling is not supported.

Refund Policy
- •After purchase and payment confirmation, your subscription will start the next day.
- •A 30% early termination fee will be deducted from refund requests. (System maintenance, payment processing fees, etc.)
- •Partial usage refund calculation: (Payment amount - Penalty) x (Remaining period / Total subscription period)
